AXE Fund II is a Midwest multifamily fund that buys cash-flowing apartment communities and holds them for 10+ years. The fund targets 50+ unit properties, with flexibility for strong 20+ unit deals, in Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota, focused on towns of 5,000 to 25,000 people where housing is tight and demand keeps growing.

We specialize in value-add. Our in-house teams remodel units, lease them up, and manage every property ourselves. Investors benefit from cash flow, principal paydown, appreciation, and depreciation, with AXIS acting as your managing partner. Because we are your partners, your interests are our interests.
